Ongaroto Bluff Staircase

The view that will take your breath away! Overlook the Waikato River from atop the Ongaroto Bluff after ascending the stairs.

The staircase consists of five flights of stairs (roughly 100 steps) and are suitable for most fitness levels. If stairs aren’t to your liking there is also a trail leading upwards to the lookout accessible from the nearby pull off carpark area.

The lookout provides stunning panoramic views that make for great photographs.
