An awesome scenic view overlooking the Waikato River and Lake Arapuni area below is accessible from Jones Landing. The signposted walking track is located on the right handside when driving in to the reserve.

It’s roughly a 30-minute trek to the top consisting of a few steep spots along the way. This track requires a moderate fitness level. Appropriate walking shoes and bringing along a water bottle are recommended.
